GRANT FLETCHER
Grant Fletcher is a senior member of the Christchurch Bar. He worked as a prosecutor in the regulatory area, and has sucessfully prosecuted some of New Zealands most complex fisheries, bio-security and animal welfare cases. Grant is highly experienced in medico-legal and coronial matters, having appeared in difficult inquests for the New Zealand Army. He holds the rank of Major in the Army, and has deployed operationally to East Timor and Afghanistan. Grant teaches litigation skills both for the College of Law and New Zealand Law Society. Grant prides himself on providing practical legal advice and assisting his clients in getting the bets possible results. He is able to take assignments for Civil Legal Aid cornonial work.
